Towing claim

I am overwhelm about the service that i was provided by miway. actually one lady who helped me to resolve a standing email of which i was *****ing about my towing claim. The name who of the lady is Nobantu Mpeta, i believe she needs to be rewarded as she know how to deal with clients or customers that are in frustration.
