Tow truckers took my car without my consent

On Thursday the 16th of June I was heading to Potchefstroom and my car lost power at N12 Highway not too far from Weston area. I called My insurance which is miway insurance. They did send me a tow truck which was driven by two white men of which the other ones name is Jaco. The name of their business is Ricci Towing group. They had two options, to take the car to my place or to the nearest police station. Jaco suggested that he knows a mechanic close by so that the car can be checked. The name of the workshop is After Accident Mechanics. <br> <br> The tow truck guy who was sent by Miway went to the mechanic and paid the R4000 that we were supposed to pay the mechanic and took my car to his house. We went to his house he said he had to put some mechanical things in the car so we must pay him R8500. Ever since my car has been at the tow truck's house without my consent. I believe that all he had to do was to tow the truck and not pay anything and take my car. I have been calling Miway ever since the incident but they kept on saying they will come back to me. My car has been gone for days now and Miway is still coming back to me. I want my car back.
