Tow truck

When taking the policy with miway I was I will get 3 free towing for up to 100 kilometers per trip.So on 2nd February 2023 I had a breakdown I phoned miway to dispatch a tow truck to me I gave them my location and where the car was suppose to be taken the consultant told me that they only cover up to 40 kilometers round trip and my trip is more than 40 kilometers.I then told the consultant I need my recording from when I was taking the policy pulled and sent to me.The consultant told me he has an email requesting the recording to be sent to me.Last week I called miway twice on separate days making a follow-up on the recordings I spoke to a lady by the name Sesi Phasha she told make try to find what is happening and she will phone me back and she called me back.
