<p>Did An Insurance Claim On Water Damage To My Vehicle's Engine For The First Time In More Than A Year Since Ive Been With Them (Not Missed One Months Installment To Them)</p> <p>After Being Sent From Panelbeater To Panelbeater And Almost A Month Of Following Up With Them On My Claim. They Now Want Me To Pay 50% Of The New Engine After I Tried On My Side To Save Them Money By Getting A Quote For A New Engine Wich Is Half The Price As What They Got From The Agents To Repair My Vehicles Engine.</p> <p>Its Now Been More Than 2 Monthes And Still Nothing To This.</p> <p>Theire Argument Of The 50% Payment Is Due To A "Betterment" As I Will Be In A Better Position As Where I Were Before Wich Is Not The Case As I Do Not Have This Amount Of Money Lying Around And That I Will Need To Put Myself In Debt To Be Able To Pay This Big Amount,</p> <p>I Had No Choice As To Approach The OMBUDSMAN In This Matter.</p> <p> </p>
