I would like to thank you MiWay team and the Tracker department, you have been great help on Sartuday. I firstly got a phone call as i was @Leslie MP, checking up on me if my car is with me & safe? and later around 19:30 I hit a Pothole and within a minute I received a call immediately from your team again saying you received an alert from the Tracker. even though 2 of my tyres were damaged and they explained to me that you will only assist with towing, for the fact that you called several times checking if i am still ok with my family and if i have received help. my phone went flat, as i was on a call with your consultant, but you did not give up on me you also called on Sunday morning several times to make sure i am safe and if i did get help.

I thank you for the top service you gave me and my family, as we were confused on the road! hopefully though you will one day consider to add some Pothole claim assist or provide us with tires in such cases.
