Top Class Service from Tshepiso Thole and Tebogo Thebegadi

<p>I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Tshepiso Thole on his outstanding service. On the 06 July 2016 around 18:00 my car had a mechanical breakdown on the N1 to Pretoria by the Old Jhb Road I then contacted MiWay Road Assitance and Tshepiso was the consultant that assited me, he displayed a high standard of professionalism and customer care. I was told that the tow truck is on the way to assist me but as I was waiting some guys came towards my car with the intetion of taking my belongings lucky I managed to drive off with the help of other motorists who were passing by and drove to the nearest garage then Tshepiso called to check on me if I was still ok by that time was still in panick mode of what had happend and he could hear that I dont feel safe anymore. A few minutes later two cars came to the garage where I was parked and to my relief it was Tshepiso and his ***orker Tebogo, they came to check if I was ok and wait with me until the tow truck came. Their act f kindness trully humbled me. Both guys went out of their way to make sure that im safe and at ease as help was on its way. Thank you very much for your efforts.</p> <p>MiWay has gained a life-long client in me and I will definitely refer my friends and family to you for insurance you because put the customer first.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tshepiso and Tebogo were my heroes yesterday and desrve commendation for that.</p>
