Took out insurance but not insured!!

<p>I took out car insurance on 14th of July 2016. Everything was 100%. Took the car to glasfit for inspection and everything.</p> <p> </p> <p>About a 3weeks ago I called Miway to come and help me out, seeing that they have roadside assist. I phoned the number- the lady said she will call me back.... I am still waiting for her to phone me bac****</p> <p>Then I decided to phone them again, this time I was informed that my insurance was cancelled the day I took it out!??? - How is this even possible!! I went to glasfit and to tracker to install a device required by miway AFTER I took out the insurance!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I felt so vulnerable that Saturday evening at 24:00! Being a woman alone -whilst my car isn't starting, is scary. MiWay still hasn't contacted me.</p> <p>I am upset. No one can give me an answer to this! </p>
