Took our money and no refund. Miway Doesn't care about customers.

Not very happy. We had to cancel a mechanical warranty due to selling our car. They still took money off and told us it would refund within a few working days. I phone after a few working days. Wednesday they said it's already been paid wait for it to reflect if not wait for Thursday and if not phone us again. Well it is Friday and nothing? I am pretty frustrated because we nesd that money and these people are so nonchalant they just don't care.
