Took money AFTER I cancelled my policy

<p>I got a call from MiWay for a quotation. I went through the quote and it was cheaper than my existing insurance. So I said yes. Then had second thoughts. When I got an email from the team welcoming me, I emailed back immediately to say to cancel. </p> <p>I then got another email and rep**** again to say cancel. I then called to cancel as I had not heard back, I was given another email address and I mailed that to cancel. Still nothing. I then got througjh telephonically to teh cancellations department to cancel. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told it was cancelled and not debit order wouyld go off...BUT GUESS WHAT. it did!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is absolutley pathetic service. So glad I decided not to stay with MiWay</p>
