Took forever to approve a claim

Was involved in a car accident on the 18th of October. It took my Miway almost 14 days to validate the claim, the accident was on a Thursday, Monday when I called in they had not even removed my car in storage. The person who was responsible for my case had not even contacted me only when the claim was approved, was the one calling to get the status of my claim. My claim was approved on Tuesday the 30th of October , the parts have not even arrived so when I spoke to renew it estimated time is 15 to 20 working day to fix from the time the parts arrive. Had to take back the courtesy car on Thursday which means I wont have a car for over a month. Big inconvenience,
