Took for ever Response

On Friday last week , 19 / 02 /2016 I accidentally locked my car keys in the boot i called Miway and a lady who helped me said sms will be sent and i will get an assistant as soon as possible ,that was around 1 pm ,to make matters worse i was in the CBD of Polokwane in a town with lots of locksmith but i had to call Miway three times again to check why there was no response holding from one person to another and having to recharge with more than R 150 and at only around 4 pm is when i got assistance, the reasons was they had furnished the locksmith with a number that was not active,as the phone was in the same car.i didn't take this because on my policy scheduled there 3 numbers and email ,surely there should have called me on the alternative number and when i called to ask why there was no help no one told me i was not reachable.i really couldn't understand what is the use of roadside assistance if a person has to wait more than 3 hours to be assisted in a town if perhaps i was stacked 200 km out of town i would understand by having to wait for such long time is clearly not my way but your way.
