Told the lady i want to go thru contract first

Good day<br> The lady phoned me and i told her she must send the contract i want to go thru it first and that<br> i was driving and was not sure about bank details on their system. She must phone back the following day. Well the installment went thru against my ex husbands account. So they do not follow up. And the surnames on the contract is spelled totally wrong.
