Today's experience was better

Today's experience was better. Last interaction with MiWay I could not negotiate a lower premium. I was very satisfied with Service Representative's service. Not just because I got a better deal but also because he was willing to listen and calm and explained everything to me in a manner I could understood. Once again the service for me is what stood out. And I would sacrifice paying a high premium for quality service. As when we need MiWay it is mostly on the worse day of your life. I would therefore prefer with an industry that is reliable and would make me comfortable to know they will handle my case professional and efficient.
