Today was great help my car wouldn’t start and I received great help over the phone and a tow truck arrived shortly. The tow service was excellent and the follow up and care I received was amazing. It was a breeze and super easy to navigate thanks to Kwandiles help. However a couple months ago I was involved in an accident and Miway requested that I take my car to a mechanic/panel beater these people gave me terrible spares(my headlight and side mirror) and I’m pretty sure they stole my hooter. Please in future vet the service providers better I felt like I was ****med. Their customer service is great and I’ve never had an issue communication wise I just wish they chose better panel beaters and refered me to respectable service providers instead of trying to save money or something.
