Today I had a puncture and called the MiWay call Centre
Today I had a puncture and called the MiWay call Centre. I was assisted by Sabelo Dlamini - a consumate professional. Sabelo made everything very easy for me. Kept the questions short and pointed. Within no time help was at hand. Thoughtout the interim Sabelo kept checking - 1st if I had heard from the service provider, 2nd whether he is there yet and 3rd checked whether I was happy with their service. That I call great service and I appreciate it so much! Thanks a lot to Sabelo and MiWay.
