Today I had a breakdown at around 13h00, my car could not start. I needed a tow truck, then I called MiWay Insurance. I was assisted by Thandi we, she was very friendly. In our conversation it came to light that my arrangement with the dealership to book the car in were still pending. She advised me to ensure that we sort that first to avoid being turned away at the dealership. She offered to call back to confirm. She indeed called back. And the tow truck was organised. Thandiwe at MiWay and the towing service were very efficient. They made my weekend even though fixing the car is going to burn my pockets
