31 Aug 2021, 18:21I had a bad experience with MiWay for the 1st time on same month. They told me my premium will increase because of the new address I'm giving them while I gave them before but I guess they didn't change it and now is like my fault. Then one of their consultant Tumelo didn't speak nicely with me and I complainedaabout it and they said they will listen to the call conversation and come back to me, but even today I'm still waiting and it's been 3weeks now. Then they debited more amount which I don't know anything about it and the consultant I was asking about it she thumb sucked all answers to show that she don't know what happened too. I now don't know if I'm on safe hands with MiWay ????
