Tlangelani Mculu Is the consultant that attended to me when I called and put in my claim. He was patient friendly and understanding mainly because talking about the experience I had put me in such distress he apologized and managed to calm me down enough to try and explain as much as I could about the incident. He kept updating me via email and constantly communicated with me throughout my claim. I appreciate the service this Mi way consultant has given me. The service was very quick and I do not regret being a part of the the Mi Way family. Thanks again
