Tired of being told to leave my number

I am a MiWay client. On the 18th of I tried contacting MiWay because I had a problem and was told to leave my number and someone will contact me. Today its the 29th and nobody has contacted me. I have called twice already today and get told the same thing. That call centre is useless. I wonder how many people's safety have been compromised due to this irresponsible behavior<br>
