I am so greatful to Teboho Moloi, the miway rep who helped me urgently with my roadside assistance. As a woman,in an always unsafe environment, he assured me calmly that the breakdown tow truck would get to me within 15 minutes and that it did. He kept me calm on the phone and was reassuring and pleasant and helpful. Very greatful for the safe trip home and the tow truck arriving on time and keeping in regular touch with me while I waited .
