Thumbs up to Tyrell Kallee for doing a great job - You get 5 stars from me, thumbs down for Miway's power surge excess!!!!

This review is for the way Tyrell Kallee handled my claim, he was very professional and warm even after he listened to me shout about the R4500.00 excess that Miway is impossing on their clients for power surge. I am not happy with that excess, it is too much. Yes my fridge was more than than but what about if my microwave breaks due to power surge, it means i will never claim from insurance. I have requested a callback so we can discuss how i could agree to such terms and condition of an excess higher than my vehicle excess.

But kudus to Tyrell Kallee, thank you for your help in finalizing my claim within 24 working hours after i logged it, i really appreciate it.
