what started out as a dismally poor experience with the claims department turned out to be a pleasant solution when the file was transferred from a less than adequate claims consultant to Ruan van Zyl.<br> <br> My wife was involved in a car accident in December 2014 and after repeated calls and mails to the claims consultant who shall remain nameless so as to protect her identity, I was at my whits end when I eneded up with Ruan van Zyl - I explained my frustrations and what the hold up was and he adopted file , took ownership of the situation and resolved the situation effortlessly.<br> He kept his word when promising to give feedback and pushed the supplier hard for results.<br> Thank youRuan, you are a star !
