Three-Week Delay to Correct MiWay Error: No Acknowledgment

After my experience with MiWay, I have little motivation to act in good faith in future. Following a minor accident, MiWay incorrectly declared my vehicle a write-off. I challenged this decision, which led to an additional three weeks without a vehicle and hours on the phone. That appeal ultimately saved MiWay around R100,000.

Had I accepted their original assessment, I could have repaired my car and kept tens of thousands. Instead, I corrected their over-assessment, yet received no acknowledgment or compensation. I have written twice and received no response. I would welcome a formal response from MiWay addressing this matter.
