Thanks to Thomas Mabitle from MIway, my excess was recovered from a 3rd party insurer with no hassles at all. Thomas initiated contact with me and saw it through until the end. Not once did I have to call and follow up cause he kept me updated. Thank you again Thomas I'm very happy with your efficient service.
