Thokozile Sengoai was very, very professional. I had a back-and-forth for two weeks with Miway about my email address suddenly changing back to a very old, non-existent one. I phoned in once again and she managed to sort out the problem as well as phoning me back the next morning to check whether I was happy. I was on the point of looking for a new insurance company when Thokozile restored my faith in Miway. Well done, Thokozile!
