This was my first claims experience. It has been very easier, even though a little time consuming. The MiWay staff have been empathetic, patient and helpful. My car was fixed at a reputable panel beater, who had the same wonderful standard of service. Now just to get my excess back from the person who caused the accident. Thank you MiWay! I am so grateful
