this lady is the epitome of great service!!!

i went on the miway mi express online service, had a million questions to ask and the lady was very polite, listened to my concerns regarding my policy and explained everything in detail. i also had a concern with the annual review of my premium, she then made it clear as a customer i am allowed to voice my concerns and if I am not happy they are willing to negotiate, and without saying much, my premium was decreased and I am a happy man.<br> <br> thumbs up Ms Magdalene Dikobe, second time i received great service from you.
