This four stars are only for my experience with Nolwandle, who resolved my query in 24 hours when all other consultants took more than 3 days to get back to me if at all. Nolwandle told me what the issue is, when she couldn't reach me because I was at work, she sent me a message and called back when she said she would. I can only hope all other call service reps are as amazing and proactive in communication as she is. On the whole, Miway has been okay - really terrible with adding a device to my account without my authorisation and charging me for it for 3 months! I am only still with Miway because of the service of Nolwandle and Nizar.
