THIRD PATY CLAIM COMPLAIN

I'm not happy how you guys handle my third party claim I'm been **********. one of your client was driving oncoming traffic with high speed but I was told I was negligent how can one drive on coming traffic while everyone was waiting on traffic .your client knows his wrong he was not supposed to be driving driving on the lane the is even barrier lines on the Road damage on my car estimated to R75 000 with the Market value of R61 600 but i was offered R9 1252 .00 I seems not to understand I have sent an email last week till today I haven't received any feed back .

I am going to take legal action on this matter I'm been unfairly treated I'm not happy at all .
