Third party not paid by Miway

Their clients car was involved in an accident with another car, and their clients car crashed into my car. Unfortunately the car that collided with their clients car was a ****** car being chased by police. Miway sorted their clients claim. As a third party I was told that they will not pay me. I have to claim from the car that caused the accident. I asked them who crashed into my car, they responded by saying its their client, but their client didn't cause the accident. I fail to understand, how do I claim from a ****** car's driver who ran away from the scene. Does that make sense. I was made to make an affidavit and a quotation which were not useful as the claim was rejected.

Do they even know that the car that crashed in their clients car was ****** and the driver ran away?
