Third party /Legal department is useless

I don't even know where to begin... They keep asking me to jump through hoops I have spent so money just to get them to attend to the claim is actually a joke. Then emoyee left then they must wait for a new assessor then they can't help I must get quotes then they did not know car can't drive then they escalate claim then I must keep calling back but the matter will be sorted next week they say will call me back but then they actually email and then they want document they received month ago already stalling stalling stalling. I am really tired of this run around. I eventually towed the car to get quotes now they want avidavits again seriously....... I am tired and frustrated and so over this.
