Third Party - Excess Refund

<p>I was assisted by Lana Van Der Berg this morning regarding an excess i paid for my claim in December. </p> <p>In February when i made a follow i was told by someone else that the legal department will get back to me, until today.</p> <p>Lana told me i was not suppose to pay the excess because the person who bumped into me is also a Miway client. She requested me to send an invoice for the excess to her. The finance department has already processed my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great service from Lana.</p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p> </p>
