Third party claims
Exactly a month ago I was bumped by a MiWay client and to this day Miway keeps on saying I should send more documents or my claim is still I progress! I mean it has been a full month already. . I sent all the documents that were requested but the claim is still not finalized.
I tried calling them several times but MiWay consultants were so rude and they said I should claim from my own insurance. There is no way I can claim from my insurance when their client decided to randomly bump me at the back. The accident was not my fault at all. With the experience I'm having with MiWay I'll definitely not ever be their client, it's disgusting. They honestly just don't want to pay the third party claims!

08 Jul 2021, 08:10MiWay finally contacted me and my claim was settled with over 20% shortfall. They said that if I get my car fixed according to their assessment I shouldn't have any shortfall. Well, it actually doesn't make sense because they aren't going to be the one fixing my car, but the panel beater.
