Third Party claim..!! Worst ever experienced.. No wonder Panel Beaters do not provide quotes anymore.. For your contract holder driving into me, you definitely are the worst in terms of communication, regard or just a basic care for a person who now is without a vehicle for the last two months.. Waiting on authorization, waiting for approval for this, management that.. Still no feedback.. Management must have a hard time reading basic documents if it takes more than a week to authorize a claim..
