THIRD PARTY CLAIM PROCESS
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS INSURANCE TAKED 10 WORKING DAYS TO ASSESS A VEHICLE?? I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THEIR CLIENT IS LIABLE FOR. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING!!!
