Third Party Claim- Miway

This settlement is unacceptable; I have done quotations at my cost that was not included in settlement, settlement needs to be settled on my lowest quotation, No assessor has come through and looked at my vehicle.

Panel beaters have informed me now that they will not proceed with amended reduced quotation.

New Vehicle and still under warranty, bodywork needs to be approved by VW. I have waited 6 months for Miway and will not settle for half of the lowest quotation.

This is your clients fault and Miway’s responsibility.
