Third-party claim. Mi way

My vehicle was involved in an accident with their client and accident report was completed on the scene, they asked him access fee in order to fix my car of which he paid. Their *********** cosultant who doesn't even call to inform that how far is the process said he submitted the matter. So i must wait for 7 working days, for authorization. I waited and I even extend to 9 working days, but no response. I gave a call and asked him why was he not communicating with me. The answer he didn't give a positive answer. I should wait for his manager which i also emailed to come back to his desk. Now based on the 2 quotations that i submitted and all documents required nothing was productive.
