Third-party claim from MiWay

<p>I was involved in accident and the suspect is insured with miway...the police were at the scene to do an AR and statements were taken and a case was opened. The suspect said that his insurance will pay out as he is covered for third-party claims..The MiWay client gave us all his details including those of his insurance to track the claim that he said he made which we discovered he did not make a claim. Mr Ncube the MiWay client has been ignoring me or my calls and text messages and therefore consulted my lawyer to get advise for a way forward. I was advised that I can claim from Mr Ncube's insurance given I have all the required documents and information. The frustration of having to call MiWay everyday and not get any assistance is overwhelming and my car is uninsured and is written off. </p> <p> </p> <p>Where can I get proper advise or process to follow because your client is running away now and I have all his details.</p>
