Third Party Claim Excuses

I am beyond disappointed with MiWay insurance. The stress I am going through due to a 3rd party claim C ********** that MiWay has no interest in. This matter has put me in a state of depression as I am attending a court case due to this 3rd party claim. I was confident that MiWay would come through for me and settle this claim. Their legal department is coming up with all sorts of excuses why they will not settle a claim of just R7500. I was told that the 3rd party is not co-operating yet all required documents were sent for this claim. Then I get told that I didn't make the claim on time. Really, I feel that they are just messing with me in order to not pay the claim. I am livid due to the level of service I am receiving at this point. They confirm that I am covered for 3RD party liability of up to 5 million however they can't settle a claim of R7500 how ridiculous is this? I have made it clear by submitting documents from the courts showing that this is a court matter. The strain and stress of me attending court over a matter that can be settled by insurance is really unsettling . I would like to have this matter resolved ASAP because if they can confirm that I am covered why are they not settling this claim. I am a single mom with many stresses but having insurance should be lifting off such burdens. I am truly shocked and in awe of how such a reputable Insurance company can give such disgusting service.
