Third party claim delay / extremely bad service

On the 20th of May i bought a second hand car after havng saved for a while. As soon as it was bought, i contacted some insurance companies to insure the car, but did not finalise with any of them but knew that by Monday my car would be insured( you cant be too sure on these streets). As there were still some things that needed to be fixed on the car, on the sa****ay i sent the car for breaks to be fixed and for paint to be polished and on the way back for the car to be brought back to me some Mr Lawrence Thlako bumped into my brand new car i just purchased. To his own admission in front of witnesses and people who saw the accident, he was in the wrong as he took a turn when the priority wasnt his and is liable to pay for the damages to my car.

As he is insured with Miway ( policy ********** 3), i have been trying to claim for the repair for my car since then with no avail. Miway says that my claim ( c735962)cannot go forward until Mr Thlako's claim has been finalised, however Mr Thlako says that he is in a debate with his insurance over the amount Miway decided to pay HIM for HIS own claim, which is basicall also delaying mine.

why cant my claim which is different from their client's be dealt with? my car cannot be fixed until the person that caused the accident has sorted out their issue in regards to their own claim?

Miway, your client has accepted liability for causing the accident, i have witnesses and all proof, please get my car that i didnt even get to drive fixed soonest!!!!!

I have been given the run around by a lady called Bianca that tells me it takes 1 WEEK for the supervisor to reply to an email, 1 WEEK??? an email to respond as to when i can expect an assessor. Once an assessor has been assigned, then she doesnt know how long it will take for the assessor to contact me. Once the assessor has done his assessment, then she doesnt know how long it will take for the claim to be reviewed.

All in all, she doesnt know if i will ever get paid out for my car to be fixed even though i have sent in all documents required, their client is covered for third party and was clearly at fault.

I want my card fixed and stop giving me the run around!!!!
