Third party claim

I had an accident caused by a Miway client on the 16th of November. To this day no conclusion to the claim. Ive had no transport for a month now. You call in and they say they will call back and they don't until you call back to follow up. I wonder how they treat their clients if us as potential clients are treated this way. The service is horrible.
