Third party claim

It has now been almost a month since I lodged a claim with MiWay. Sam Gumbi was very helpful in the beginning, and I appreciated her assistance. However, the process has stalled since an assessor was appointed nearly a month ago, and I have yet to receive any report. I have followed up multiple times, but unfortunately, there has been no progress or feedback.
