Third Party Claim

Put in third party claim which took more than 3 weeks to get paid. There was a great deal of back and forth between departments with little to no feedback. After trying to follow up, I'd receive a call that would ring for 2 seconds and then end. Shortly after, I'd receive SMS stating that Miway tried to call me and I should call back when I can. This menial attempt to contact me was really frustrating.

I recommend that the claims process be more streamlined so clients don't get bounced between departments having to continuously repeat the reason for their claim or call.

However, I would like to commend the service of one of the legal advisors, Prenisha Naidoo. Thank you for sorting out the issue, following up and getting the claim paid. Your service is the primary reason this review receives 3 stars and not just 1 star! Your service deserves 4 stars!
