When he came back to leave the parking he got into his car started moving straight out when a vehicle in front of him started reversing he thinks the other vehicle did not see him so had to swerve to avoid that vehicle hitting him and as he swerved the scratched the ops parked vehicle. Our client was placed in a position of Sudden Emergency and therefore cannot be held liable for this incident"
