Thinking out of the box!

<p>After 3 attempts of calling the Miway call center and requesting an NCB letter to be emailed to me, I was assisted by Ofentse Tshukudu who firstly offered to call me back, since I had been holding for a while. She was extremely patient and established why the attachment was not sending and opted to send it from her personal email address. Such a simple gesture goes a long way these days and she is definitely one to keep in your company. Thank you Ofentse you ROCK!</p>
