I recently had to submit a claim as I was involved in a rear ended car crash on the 08th of May 2021 which subsequently led to my vehicle being declared a write off.Right of the bat Miway had everything covered,a courtesy vehicle was arranged for by Monday .My claims advisor, Loreal Hughes, and every consultant I communicated with regards to the claim was w were amazing.Loreal kept me updated and responded to my queries within a reasonable amount of time.The entire claims process was smonth process albeit long.I also got a 1000 off my excess for using the Miway app to lodge the claim.Excellent service guys.
