They were thorough repeated information to confirm changes, polite and phoned me back when the line was disconnected
They were thorough repeated information to confirm changes, polite and phoned me back when the line was disconnected. Read any issues out regarding claims, went over debit order changes and checked I understood and verified all was correct.
