They were efficient and extremely helpful 🙏🏻 My husband had a mechanical breakdown and needed assistance They kept in touch with him throughout the duration while he was waiting for a tow truck

The Towing company affiliate DTR TOWING who MIWAY endorse, damaged my vehicle while transporting it. The vehicle was inspected for damages, scratches, dents etc before it was towed and it was perfect. After off loading the vehicle it had a big gash in the bodywork and the back taillight is broken. Now Miway just ignores all my emails and messages when I ask about compensation for repairs and they keep pushing sending me from one dept to another never replying to emails, only asking me to rate their service. I am definitely going to move over to another insurer.
