They Toured My car on the 29th April 2022 to date they haven't touched /sent the Car to their service provider to fix the car. Am still waiting for the Quote and instructions what to do. And if I don't call they don't call. They send emails via unreplyable emails. When I make follow up via telephone I have to start from scratch and explain why I 'm calling regardless having given them the Ref N#(c***)
