They never call back

I called MiWay on Wednesday for a quote, after a lengthy call to get the quote I agreed to move forward. The agent was to call my mum to get her approval and call me after 5 min... he never called back. Thursday morning I got a call from another agent that received my request, she was to find Wednesday's agent and call back in 10 min... she never called back. Friday I called, spoke to a senior, explained my situation. He assigned me an agent, she was supposed to call back at 4pm... she never called back.

MiWay does not want business. I am a long time client and want to add to my policy, but it seems they don't want the extra business.
